Aga is a Yoga and Pilates teacher coming from an adventurous athletic and acrobatic background. Before she turned toward the holistic disciplines that Yoga and Pilates were to her, she was a performing artist, acrobat and contortionist getting her training across Europe and South America and really did ‘run away and join a Circus’, travelling the world.
She first turned toward Yoga to deal with chronic pain and injuries. Heightening body awareness and perfecting alignment became keystones in her personal practice and the foundation of her work as Yoga and Pilates teacher. She sees Yoga and Pilates as complimentary arts, the perfect way to maintain a healthy body and focussed mind. Aga has a natural ability to connect with her students and guide them on their journey and practice, walking with them through challenges, step by step. She believes in appreciating your own growth and progress, and that building a strong and mobile body is an amazing way to expand our freedom and happiness
Aga is a 500 hours qualified Yoga and Pilates teacher since 2015. She studied under the guidance of Susan Church and Melissa Curtis to finish her foundation training at The Elbowroom, finishing her Pilates training at Pilates Teacher Training Institute in Dublin.
