Ana has a passion for all things movement and believes that movement should feel goood at any age or size.
She has trained in different styles of Yoga: Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative & Slow Flow. She is also trained in Mat Pilates, Small Equipment, Reformer Pilates and Science of stretching. As a Posture Coach, Ana brings the posture and correct alignment awareness into all her classes. Her classes are strong but mindful and she loves giving options for each student.
Her classes focus on equipping her students with all the tools they need to gain knowledge of their bodies. She teaches her students to listen to the breath-mind-body connection and ultimately live a stress-free, pain-free life.
