My teaching style is all about the breath and connecting this with the asana movement to ensure my students can feel the energy change in their body. Whether this be a vinyasa flow or a yin class. For Vinyasa flow, my sequences create a strong dynamic practice with several variations and options offered to increase the intensity or to ease the pose. Ultimately it is the yogi’s practice, them listening to what they need and simply having me there to help guide them to that place of stillness. The same is applied to my yin classes, they are strong but with a balanced ease to them.
I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 with Julie Montagu at Whole Self Yoga school in London and have since completed my Yin Teacher Training with Emily Mergaert. This is to ensure I can bring both the Yin and the Yang to my students and their practices
