My teaching aims to guide people through a lens of compassion towards a place of greater ease
and presence.
I was introduced to mindfulness meditation when I was 17 to help manage a fear of public
speaking and the practice profoundly changed my life for the better.
A few years later I naturally gravitated towards yoga for its therapeutic benefits on the mind and
body.
Meditation and yoga continue to support me to realign to a state of being that feels more
authentic, balanced and free.

2018 - 300 hour Advanced Teacher Training, The Yoga Room, Ireland
2018 - Reiki Level 1 + 2, with Patricia Viera, Croatia
2019 - 50 hour Yin Yoga Training, with Bernie Clark, Canada
