Falling in love with movement and meditation at 18, I practiced various styles of yoga until
deciding to make the move into teaching. Long pranayama practices and guided meditations
helped to mould me into the type of teacher I am today.
I studied Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga in a beautiful school in the south of Spain, and have
broadened my teachings since then with a Yin and MBSR training. Mindfulness is a practice
I incorporate into my everyday life, which also means I take this approach onto the mat.
My intention is always to assure my students leave class with a little less stress in the body
& a lot more headspace.
