I started practicing Yoga and Pilates over 10 years ago.
Slowly but consistently both practices became central in my life.
I have completed over 500hrs of Yoga teacher training in a variety of styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, Mandala, Yin, Restorative, Myofascial Movement etc.
Pilates has been the perfect complement to my yoga practice adding core stability, precision, body and breath awareness. I completed my Pilates Mat Yoga Teacher Training with Susan Church.
Always excited to share the benefits of both practices, I teach with a light-hearted approach, and relate to my students with warmth, respect, space, and awe for they are my greatest teachers.
Expect creative sequences for an ever evolving practice and a good balance between challenging and accessible. You will cultivate a strong body and a calm mind and hopefully have a bit of fun along the way!
