After having practised Yoga for over 10 years, Sarah completed her first YTT in Vinyasa Yoga in 2018. Since then, she has trained in Rocket Yoga and is currently undergoing her Advanced Training in Trauma Informed Teaching.
Sarah’s playful style is upbeat, positive and fun. Her classes include an emphasis on Sthira and Sukha, “effort and ease”, focusing on your breath and optimal body alignment, allowing you to build strength while experiencing a state of flow and mental clarity. As she’s passionate about handstands and inversions, you’ll generally find Sarah upside down!
You can expect to see a diverse range of Yogis in her classes, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners as all levels and body types are warmly welcomed. Her mission is to assist you to progress within your practice, whatever your intention may be.
