Welcome to our Yoga beginners course, perfect if you are new to yoga or perhaps would like to dive deeper into the practice. This is a series of 4 short classes that will give you the building blocks of the yoga practice, moving through the body parts until we finish with a complete flow. We recommend starting with Part 1 and moving through the series, whether its once a day or once a week, until the Bonus Savasana class.
