A five-part series of evening wind-down classes. Gracie will take you through different types of wind-downs to reset your nervous system and calm the mind before bed. With meditation, gentle movement and yin, there is a mood to suit whatever you’re after. We advise starting with Part 1 and running through the series each evening, ending with Part 5. This series is suitable for all levels and is great to do if you are having a stressful or anxious week, finding it difficult to sleep or just looking to gift yourself with some nourishing quiet time.
